This website is operated by Bambu Kids ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. Please read them carefully before using the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on this store.

3. Products and product safety

We make every effort to display our products, colors and designs as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and print placement may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Our nursing pillows are designed for awake, supervised feeding only. Never leave your baby unattended on the pillow, never use it for sleep, and always follow the care and use instructions included with the product. Stop using the product if it becomes damaged.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and promotions at any time without notice; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or limited availability. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, costs and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the Bambu Kids name and logo, text, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Bambu Kids and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bambu Kids is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country or state where you live.
