Refund policy

Our 30-day guarantee

We stand behind every Bambu Kids product. Within 30 days, we offer a full refund or a free replacement—your choice—in the following cases:

  • Defective item: your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (30 days from delivery).
  • Order not received: your order hasn't arrived (30 days from the date of purchase).
  • Wrong product: you received a different product from the one you ordered by mistake (30 days from delivery).

Please note: receiving the correct product in a different print or design from the one selected (for example, Dinosaurs instead of Animal World) is a cosmetic difference only and is not considered a wrong product under this policy. The product, its features and its function are the same.

Non-returnable situations

Because our products are used by babies and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, except in the cases listed above.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@bambukids.store within the 30-day period with your order number.
  2. For defective or wrong items, include a photo that clearly shows the issue and the item received.
  3. We'll reply within 1–2 business days. In most cases you won't need to send the item back. If we do need it returned, we'll send you instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first—returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit. If you choose a replacement, we'll ship it free of charge.

Bundle orders

If only part of a bundle order (2 or 3 pillows) is affected, the refund or replacement applies to the affected items, based on the price you paid for them.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible at support@bambukids.store.
